How to Cook the Perfect Egg: An Omelette Odyssey in Coronado, Panama (With a Side of Sass)

First things first... Pop the 🍾 champagne... Now it's a Good morning 🌞😊! Then grab your frying pan and some loose change, because we’re headed to Coronado, Panama for an omelette adventure like no other!

Gather your ingredients. You’ll need eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and whatever incredible local produce you can get your hands on. Some great options include diced tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and herbs like cilantro or basil and head back to your (oddly inexpensive) condo on the beach.

Once home, pop anothet bottle and get your pan hot, add a little bit of butter or oil (because everything is better with butter, amirite?). Then, pour in your beaten eggs and let them cook for about 30 seconds, or until the edges start to set. This is the moment of truth: do you go with the classic veggie omelette, or do you throw caution to the wind and add some bacon and cheese? The choice is yours, my friend.

If you opt for the veggie route, dice up your Panama produce and sprinkle it over one half of the omelette. Then, fold the other half over the top and continue cooking until the omelette is fully set and the vegetables are tender, about 2-3 minutes.

And there you have it: the perfect omelette, made with love (and a healthy dose of sass). Serve it up on a plate and enjoy, my friends! Just don’t burn your tongue on the hot, gooey goodness. Trust me, it’s not worth it.

If you find yourself fatigued from all the champagne... Just pour yourself into a taxi and head over to Gold Coast Brewery and have them do all the hard work. Stay frosty my friends!
